Changing Up Your Mindset
Our mindset, or thoughts, play a big role into how we show up and how we expect life to play out for you. Our mindset is powerful. So powerful that it can affect our future. And that’s why having a good mindset is so important.
Love of self or self-worth is the soil from which all other aspects of your lives bloom. Lack of self love can be rooted deep in our lives. So what is self worth anyway? Self worth is the opinion you have about yourself and the value you place on yourself.

This weeks exercise is:
Today we are going to take an #inventory of our old #mindsets. This is a process of revealing the lies that we #believe or the #thought #patterns that no longer serve us. Once we do this then we will look at which ones are #healthy and which mindsets and thoughts we need to change in our self talk. We will also take a look at what a healthy relationship looks like in our lives and how to spot unhealthy ones.
In your #journal/ notebook I want you to write down all your mindsets you have. Other words; what are your #beliefs and #core #values, what are your thoughts on #love, #money, #happiness, how you deserve to be #treated, #parenting, etc. Write them all down whether you deem them good or bad. We will tackle which promotes healthy mindsets and which don’t next time.
Some examples of this is:
I grew up seeing my mom treated like that so I think that is how relationship are to be
My child needs that parent in the home because kids need both parents in their lives
It's ok if people make fun of me, I'm awkward anyway or I don't think I deserve better.
