July is all about our FREEDOMS

As we enter into the month of July we immediately think of the 4th of July and what that means to us in terms of our freedoms.

2020 is most definitely a different kind of year and freedom is now meaning many different things then before. Freedom from the coronavirus, freedom from having to wear mask in public, freedom from limited gatherings and freedom from our past. No this is not a political post this is a post to help those individuals who are being hindered and held hostage by past trauma's that are keeping them from living the life the truly want.

We as human being don't always get a say so in what happens to us, but we do get to say how we let what happened affect our lives. You may think well what happened to me wasn't fair, no it most likely wasn't/ isn't fair but one thing I know is this....life isn't fair. Bad things happen to good people, people get killed because so idiot was having a bad day, families suffer in many ways even though they do all the "right" things. So, life is not fair for anyone, but you do get to choose how to handle it and how you get to turn the bad into good in your life.

We all have things in our past that wish wasn't there, that we didn't go through...but as much as we want it all to disappear we know that it will never “disappear” it is part of who we are, who we are supposed to become. The question then becomes “How do we live and thrive going forward despite our past?”

During the month of July I will be hitting on just these topics:

  • How to live and thrive going forward despite your past

  • The Journey to healing takes time

  • Are you ready to leave the pain behind

  • How to have freedom in your future

  • Adding value to your life going forward

So be sure to follow me on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to get a look at all these valuable tips. While you are there be sure to like, follow and subscribe so you stay up to day when new post go up.
